The Senior Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and retaining business through fulfilling client needs and offering proactive, personalized relationship management and client service designed to make their investment experience an exceptional one.  It requires a unique ability to develop and maintain a personal relationship with each client and their underlying consultant.

The Senior Relationship Manager serves as a key client contact, identifying needs and opportunities, addressing client concerns and acting as the client’s advocate in all matters affecting the relationship.  The role requires extensive knowledge of the investment industry and its products, asset allocation and performance measurement, including the ability to effectively articulate these concepts with the client and resolve issues arising in any of these areas.

A successful candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business (finance, marketing, accounting) or equivalent experience within the investment industry. Additionally, proven client service experience, preferably in institutional asset management or financial services industry is needed.  Experience must include the management of relationships with clients, consultants, custodians and related business partners, resolution of complex client issues and requests, leadership and coordination of internal resources to address client issues and making client presentations.
